| Marlena Cole has over 5 years experience in real estate in the Austin area as well as surrounding counties and will continue to expand her expertise in the commercial real estate realm. Her background will enable her to service clients with a wide range of real estate needs including land, office and retail projects. Marlena holds an active real estate salesperson’s license, is a CCIM candidate and will be beginning her courses for designation in Spring of 2007. Outside of the office place, Cole maintains an active role in the real estate community as exemplified by her involvement in International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Next Generation. With a dual purpose in both tenant representation and project leasing, Cole maintains brokerage relationships with some of the nations top retailers in their class. Cole’s fresh approach to retail leasing, as well as her undaunted zest for achievement provides clients with the utmost in service and gives the Quick & Company leasing team an added dimension in obtaining tenants for their projects. |
