| Bob Novit began his career in commercial real estate as a broker in Sacramento, California in 1971 as President/Owner of Cen-Val Commercial Brokerage, specializing in shopping center leasing and site acquisitions for Quick Service Restaurants. Bob moved to Corporate Real Estate in 1983 when he joined Foodmaker, Inc. (Jack in the Box), as a Real Estate Manager in Northern California. Thereafter, he joined Taco Bell Corp. as a Senior Real Estate Manager from 1985-1994 and to Vice President of Development for Pacific Foods (Kenny Rogers Roasters), from 1995-1997. In 1997, Bob joined CNL-American Properties Fund (now Truststreet Properties), as Vice President of Real Estate Services-West. Clients represented include many National restaurant companies ranging from Casual Dining to QSR’s and retailers such as Safeway, Longs Drugs, and others in their development efforts throughout the Western United States. Bob is highly experienced in site selection, development, and contract negotiations. He brings added strength to Quick & Company with his contacts and understanding of National Retailers, particularly in the restaurant sector. Bob has been an active member with the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1971. |
